“I attended a fire door inspection course on the 11^th of this month at your Dinnington site. It was instructed & hosted by David Courtney.

The aim of this letter is to offer you a feedback appraisal for your training services.

Location

Your Dinnington location is easy to get to by car and is immaculately clean. Often the training providers I have used previously are situated in the middle of busy cities and large towns.  This makes it hard to get to them on time and get home in good time at the end of the day.  The classrooms and workshops are in excellent condition and provide the students with the best opportunity to learn. The food that you supply within the cost of the course is exceptional & the special diet service you offer is a nice touch for people like me who struggle with gluten and sugar.  The free drinks & the vast selection is also a very nice perk.  I felt very well cared for and properly supported in your facility.  None of the other training providers offer that sort of comfort and service….and your prices are still better that theirs!

Instructor & course content

This course was delivered by David Courtney.  David took a no nonsense, direct but respectful approach to his course.  I found him to be polite, professional and very knowledgeable about his trade.  Willing to offer advice on all things carpentry his passion for perfection shone through, throughout the training day and left me feeling somewhat inspired.  It was nice to see that level of care and professionalism in a tradesman these days!  As a direct result of Davids training technique I scored 100% on the end of course test.  I am sure he will become one of your senior instructors in the near future.  The course content was very detailed and David got the content over well leaving him some time to go a little bit further with related subjects like maintenance issues and additional things to be aware of. The workbook was very easy to follow and will be useful for me as an aid memoir onsite moving forward.

Costing

Considering other companies put you in a cold warehouse with their staff “effing and jeffing” in the background and you guys offer all of the above for less…….your pricing is on the right tracks.  It would be nice to pay a little less for repeated business but relatively speaking you offer the best value for money training in the east midlands region.

I have used your company 3 times for separate short training courses and for all of the local training providers sited regionally you are in my opinion the best and most trusted to deliver accurate and professional training services.  The food and refreshment services you offer is a really nice touch and further displays how you go the extra 9 yards for your clients.  Well done!”

I’d just like to send my appreciation for the course delivered on Friday. The practical element was excellent but what really stood out was Ian’s delivery – this was felt and commented on by all delegates. Ian was extremely knowledgeable due to his background and able to easily quote/recall gas figures and anecdotes relating to the course. He was an extremely likeable individual and really captured the audience throughout. I could not recommend him enough, one of the best training instructors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
